Managing Mobile Devices in Weighsoft

Add a New Mobile Device

To add a new mobile device:

  1. Follow the steps in the Installing the Weighsoft App article.

  2. For information on compatible devices, refer to the Supported Mobile Devices article.


Unable to Add a New Device

On the Mobile Devices screen, below the PIN number, you’ll see a note showing:

  • Licenses in use vs. Total licenses available

If no device licenses are available

  1. You will not be able to add a new device.

  2. You must either:


Remove a Mobile Device

To remove a device:

  1. Hover over Administration.

  2. Click on Mobile Devices.

  3. Next to the device you want to remove, click the Delete icon.

This will free up a license for a new device.
