Add a New Mobile Device
To add a new mobile device:
Follow the steps in the Installing the Weighsoft App article.
For information on compatible devices, refer to the Supported Mobile Devices article.
Unable to Add a New Device
On the Mobile Devices screen, below the PIN number, you’ll see a note showing:
Licenses in use vs. Total licenses available
If no device licenses are available
You will not be able to add a new device.
You must either:
Remove an existing device, or
Contact your Account Manager to purchase additional licenses.
Remove a Mobile Device
To remove a device:
Hover over Administration.
Click on Mobile Devices.
Next to the device you want to remove, click the Delete icon.
This will free up a license for a new device.
