Once the customer has gone to the account manager they may reach out to support for the new licenses to be added to their system.
Adding new Mobile Licenses
Login to the customer weighsoft
Go to Administration>Mobile Devices
Amend the URL to read .../Administration/MobileDevices/AndroidDeviceLicences.aspx
This is a hidden screen to allocate licenses. It cannot be navigated from within the application without typing in the URL itself.
Enter the new total license number in the "Licenses" box
Enter the password found in SS in Isys>Internal Service Credentials>General>"Weighsoft Android Licensing"
Hit Save.
You will get on-screen confirmation that the license count has been amended,
Once that is done, take a screenshot of the confirmation and send it to the Account Manager via Reply All to the original email (so that everyone knows it has now been done)
Adding Weighsoft Licenses
This is done via Overwatch.
Login to the Overwatch Web UI
Search for the customer in question
Right-Click on their Weighsoft instance and select Edit License
Update the figure in "Maximum Users" to add the requested licenses
Click Continue
In the next screen select a date and time for the license to be updated
NOTE: Book this for outside office hours. The process of updating the license will remotely recycle the app pool which will make Weighsoft unavailable for a few seconds and could interrupt invoice or posting runs.
Click Apply
