Overview
The Account On Stop Evo app allows you to quickly search for accounts that are set as On Stop in Weighsoft, as well as amend its On Stop status from within Evo.
Important: Because it is an app based in the Evo environment the app is only available to Access-Hosted systems that are running version 5.540 or higher.
Accessing the App
In order to access the app you will need to add it to your screen in Evo. The below is an example of how you can add it.
Create a New Space (tab) by clicking on the + and providing a name (in this example "Weighsoft Apps"
Click on "the "Add App" button in the top-right corner
Locate the "Account On Stop"
Click Add To Space
Using the App
Searching for an Account
To search for an account simply enter any or all of it's account number or account name as found in Weighsoft.
Hit Enter or click on the "Search" button to search for results.
If the account is already On Stop it will be shown in this screen
Once you have found the account, click on it to view the details.
Amend On Stop Status
To amend the On Stop status of an account simply click into it from the search results and interact with the "On Stop" toggle switch.
Any changes to the On Stop status made here are instantly sync'd across to Weighsoft.
Warning: If your account on-stop status is set in Weighsoft to be controlled by your linked accounts package, then any changes made via this app may be overwritten by future account syncs.
