The Account Credit Extension evo app allows you to apply, edit and monitor credit extensions on accounts in weighsoft directly from Evo.

In order to access the app you will need to add it to your screen in Evo. The below is an example of how you can add it.

The app has 2 primary screens - "Search Accounts" and "Monitor Extensions"

This is the primary screen of the app. It allows you to search for an account, apply an extension and view the history extensions on that account.

Once you have searched the for the account you will be presented with 4 default options for credit extensions - Today, +7 days, +14 days and +30 days.

If there is currently no extension in place then clicking on one of the buttons will create a new extension for that many days.

Alternatively you can click on the account and use the calendar picker to set a custom date.

Once the extension has been applied it will appear against the account on the front screen.

If an extension needs to amended you can click on it as above and use the Calendar Picker to set the new end date.

This process can be used to make the extension last longer or to end it sooner than originally planned.

Once a change has been made to an extension an entry is also created in the Extension History showing who made what amendment

The second screen of the app allows you to view all extensions and is navigated via the buttons at the top of the window.

Across all the buttons, clicking on an extension will allow you to set a new date to reinstate, shorted or increase an extension.
