Overview
The Find Address evo app allows you to search for an address by Address Number, name or Postcode (either full or partial). You can then view details for the address and carry out various actions directly from the app.
Important: Because it is an app based in the Evo environment the app is only available to Access-Hosted systems that are running version 5.540 or higher.
Searching for an Address
Within the search bar, enter any or all of the address name, Number (as it appears in Weighsoft) or Postcode and click "Search".
The App will display all potential matches.
Clicking on an address will open the details page where you can see details like the address status, full address, last transactions details and current open order counts.
"Quick Link" Buttons
When viewing the address there are "Quick Link" buttons on the right hand side.
View Orders: Clicking here will open Weighsoft directly to a screen showing all the open orders for the address
Raise Transaction: Clicking here will open Weighsoft directly to a screen where you can create an Ad-hoc transaction for the address
Raise Invoice: Clicking here will open Weighsoft directly to a screen where you can create an Ad-hoc invoice for the address
Raise Credit Note: Clicking here will open Weighsoft directly to a screen where you can create an Ad-hoc credit note for the address
Add Trade Collection: Clicking here will open Weighsoft directly to a screen where you can create a one-off Trade collection for the address
