To set up an Outlet Licence in Weighsoft so that it appears on Weighbridge transactions, follow these steps:
Hover over Administration and click Lookups
Click on Licences
Create or edit the relevant Outlet Licence.
Assign the Licence to both the specific product(s) and outlet(s) that will be used on the Weighbridge tickets.
Ensure the "Valid From" and "Valid To" dates are accurate:
Once setup is complete, when you create a Weighbridge transaction using the configured product and outlet, the Licence will appear under the 'Additional' tab if everything is set up correctly:
