Weighsoft provides two methods for exporting email addresses linked to customer accounts and contacts. Choose the method that best suits your needs based on the level of detail required.
Method 1: Export Account-Level Email Addresses
This method exports the primary contact email for each account.
Steps:
Hover over Customers.
Click on Accounts.
In the top-right corner, click Export to CSV.
The resulting file will contain:
All accounts in your system
The email address of the primary contact for each account
Note: This method only includes the primary contact. If the primary contact has no email address or if multiple contacts exist, this export may be incomplete.
Method 2: Export All Contacts
This method provides a full export of all contacts, regardless of account or address association.
Steps:
Hover over Reports.
Click on View More Reports.
On the next screen, click Transactions on the left.
Select System Dump Reports.
Scroll to the Contacts section at the bottom.
Leave all options unticked.
Click Export to CSV.
The resulting file will contain:
Every contact in your system
Their associated email addresses (if available)
Use Excel’s Filter functionality to remove contacts without email addresses, leaving a clean list of all valid contact emails.
