Steps to Delete a Portal User
Hover over Administration.
Go to Lookups.
Click on WebPortal.
Select WebPortalUsers.
Locate and edit the relevant user.
Click DELETE to remove the user from the portal.
Important Note
If you attempt to create a new portal user using the same email address as the deleted user and receive the error:
"User already exists with this username on the Portal"
