Overview
Adding a signature to a user account in Weighsoft allows for faster and more efficient ticket completion. When a signature is saved to a user, the system will only prompt for the customer’s signature if one is already present on the account.
Steps to Add a Signature
Log in as an Admin
Hover over Administrator
Click on Users.
Select the User
Scroll to the bottom of the user’s profile page.
At this point you have 2 options:
Take signature with ePad Device
if you have an epad connected to the PC you can click on this button and use the pad to capture a signature for the user
Upload Signature
You can use this option to upload an image to use as a signature
Note: If the user is working on the Weighbridge then this signature will be pulled through to ticket prints as the "Weighbridge Operator"signature
Scroll to the top of the page and click Save.
