Overview
In order for a new vehicle or trailer to show on mobile devices, You need to add it on both Fleeteye and Weighsoft and must be identical to each application.
Adding Vehicles or Trailers
Hover on Administration
Click on Lookups
Click on Vehicles
Click on Add New Item
Populate the below fields
Field | Notes |
Registration | This is the registration of the vehicle (this must match the registration in Fleeteye) |
Vehicle Type | The vehicle type is chosen from the list set in Lookups>Vehicle Types |
Location & Activity | Where the vehicle is based and what work stream it's used for. |
Supplier | The Supplier who operates the vehicle |
Internal | Is the vehicle internal to your company? If so this option needs to be enabled |
Schedule | You select the appropriate option based on the vehicle. If skips, select Schedule Skips. |
Is Mobile | This box needs to be enabled if the vehicle is to be use on the drivers android app |
Mobile Type | if the vehicle will be used by your own driver select Android. If it is to appear in the WeighsoftGo app then select WeighsoftGo |
Schedule Skips/Materials/RMC/Haz | Enabling a box here will allow the vehicle to appear in that modules Operations screen for jobs to be assigned to it. |
Vehicle Checks
If you are using the in-system Vehicle Check you will also need to select which check list the vehicle is subject to.
