Note: This functionality replaces the process of running vehicle checks through the legacy system "Fleeteye".

If you are still using Fleeteye and wish to be migrated to the new system please contact your Account Manager.

Location

Once enabled, the new vehicle check system in Weighsoft is accessed by going to Modules>Vehicle Checks

Sections

This section offer a brief description of each area of the screen. Each section is further details in their own article.

This section is lists all vehicles checks that have been carried out by drivers when they have logged into their tablet

This section is where individual vehicle check items can be grouped and assigned to a vehicle. In the example below the "Skip Lorry" check list has been created with 4 check items and assigned to 3 vehicles.

This means that when a driver logs into one of those vehicle on the tablet they will be presented with that specific list of checks to be caried out.

This section is where the checks themselves are created and maintained.

Each item in this screen is a separate vehicle check that, when assigned to a vehicle will be presented to the driver to carry out when they login to their tablet.

Fuel logs entered by the driver into the tablet will appear here

This area was known as "Depots" in the legacy Fleeteye system. It allows or failed vehicle checks to be emailed to multiple locations (for example if you have multiple locations at which your vehicles are based)

Failed vehicle check are logged in this section so that any required repairs can be monitored and logged.
