Overview
If an account exceeds it's credit limit (either as set in Weighsoft or as pulled through from your accounts package) the system can be setup to automatically put that account On Stop.
Pre-Requisites
The account must first have a credit limit set.

Settings
Navigate to Administration>Settings>Finance.
Select Credit Control at the top of the screen
Scroll down to the On Stop Conditions section.
Enable the setting labelled "Auto-set On Stop When Credit Limit Exceeded"
Click on Save
