If you are trying to complete a Material Job and receive the following message: "You cannot complete this ticket as there is not an internal weighbridge ticket associated to this job."
This means that the material job is done via an Internal Outlet and has no Weighbridge Job associated to it.
If the material job does not need a weighbridge job against it(e.g you are only charging for haulage; charging only for daywork, etc.), you will need to set the Outlet as an External Outlet.
To set an Outlet as an external outlet, please follow these steps in Weighsoft:
Hover over Administration
Click on Lookups
Click on Outlets
Search for the outlet you need to do the job on
Click Update
Tick External Company
Click Save
Note: You will need to follow these steps for all outlets where you are performing Material Jobs that do not require a Weighbridge Job.
