Due to default date controls for performance reasons and display rules, the operations and transaction screens won't necessarily show jobs when searching by ticket number.

If you're unable to track down a job:
Enter the ticket number in the global search.
Point to All then click By Jobs & Transactions.
This returns the results of any jobs and transactions, along with the current status of the job.

If you're still unable to find the ticket, please raise a case quoting this title and the ticket numbers.
