Unable to locate job or transaction

I cannot find the transaction for this job, where can I find this?

Due to default date controls for performance reasons and display rules, the operations and transaction screens won't necessarily show jobs when searching by ticket number.

If you're unable to track down a job:

  1. Enter the ticket number in the global search.

  2. Point to All then click By Jobs & Transactions.

This returns the results of any jobs and transactions, that have not been deleted by default. If you no results are returned:

  1. Adjust the From and To Date Filters on the results page to ensure the job date is in range

  2. Check Show Deleted on the results page to include deleted items

  3. Click Search
