Why can I not accept this Reconomy booking?
In all cases when the job will not link, the message "No skip order was found with Reconomy reference 'xxx' and job is not type of delivery" will be displayed at the top of the Outstanding Jobs screen. What has happened is Weighsoft has tried to find the order to send the job to but failed. This can happen for a variety of reasons:
The order has never been linked in the Reconomy Portal to a skip order in Weighsoft.
There has been a change in Reconomy's system, breaking the link.
The order has been closed in Weighsoft.
In the majority of cases two pieces of information are required to resolve these issues:
The Reconomy Reference in the error message.
The Weighsoft skip order number the job should be assigned to.
The Product, Outlet and EWC may also be required.
Once you have this information:
Point to Modules then click Reconomy.
In the main Reconomy Screen click Admin Functions.
Enter the Weighsoft skip order number in the Skip Order No box.
Enter the Reconomy Reference under Reconomy Ref.
๐Note: It's recommended you also add the Product and EWC Code as Reconomy may send multiple products or wastes on the same order and without them, Weighsoft matches on the first order number found rather than the first order number that matches the container and waste.
click Save.
Return to the Outstanding Jobs list and click accept.
If the options to select product, out and EWC are not available, please raise a case quoting this title to arrange an upgrade. In the case the above does not resolve your issue, please raise a case with our support and provide the following details:
The affected Reconomy booking numbers.
The number of Skip Orders in Weighsoft associated with the Reconomy Contract.
The skip order number the job needs to be assigned to.
Without these three pieces of information, we will be unable to accurately resolve the case, as any action taken will potentially lead to future issues. If we need more information or details are missing we will let you know, which will delay resolution.
