If you get this error please contact support and provide the below details:
What were you doing when the error occurred (what process, which screen etc)
When did the issue start occurring?
Are any of your colleagues having the same issue?
If possible please include a screenshot of the error message, including the URL (web address) at the top of your browser screen.
The support team can then investigate the underlying issue.
