To create a new address under an account:
Hover over Customers and click Create New.
Select Create New Address.
Select the account the address is to be put under.
If you have postcode lookup enabled on your system, enter the postcode and click Find Address to search for the address. Alternatively, the address can be entered manually by clicking Show Address Fields, which will show all the address fields for entry; if postcode lookup is not enabled, all fields will need to be filled.
Once the address details have been completed, update the following sections below the address details as needed:
Contact details
Zone
Address type
Area
Sales rep
Priority
Default Order Number and expiry date
Site Premises Code and expiry date
Load Size
Waiting Time Charge
To/From Access times
Address Report Group
Consignment note prefix
Consignment note postfix
To the right of the address, there are additional settings that can be configured:

Deleted | Marks the address as deleted |
Key Customer | Marks the address as a key customer site |
Email Invoices | Marks if invoices for this address should be emailed |
Congestion Charge | Marks the address as being within a congestion charge zone |
Is Outlet Override Address | Makes address available to the skip order and weighbridge outlet address override searches |
Job Ref Required | Declares that a job needs a reference. Can be applied to all address |
Order Ref Requires | Declares that an order requires a reference. Can be applied to all Addresses |

Assisted Collections | Trade waste collections require assistance at this site. Can be applied to all addresses |

Show Cash Values on Ticket | Declares that the cash value must be shown on tickets. Can be applied to all addresses |
External Ref 1 Required | Declares that external reference 1 must be set. Can be applied to all addresses |
External Ref 2 Required | Declares that external reference 2 must be set. Can be applied to all addresses |
External Ref 3 Required | Declares that external reference 3 must be set. Can be applied to all addresses |
External Ref 4 Required | Declares that external reference 4 must be set. Can be applied to all addresses |
External Ref 5 Required | Declares that external reference 5 must be set. Can be applied to all addresses |
Once configured, click Save in the top-right corner.
