Note: The Access times are labels only - there is nothing in the system to prevent jobs being created outside of the set access times.
Creating New Access Times
New options for the Site Access Times can be set up as below
Note: Any entry you create can be used for either an "From Access Time" or a "To Access Time" on an address or an order
Go to Administration
Click on Lookups
Click on Address Access Times
Enter the desired time in the blank field
Click Insert
Setting Access Times on an Address
Access times set against an address will automatically pull through to any orders created from that address.
Go to the required address
Click Modify in the top-right corner
Scroll down and set the desired times in the From Access Time and To Access Time fields
Setting Access Times on an Order or Contract
Access times can also be set against some order types, overwriting those set on the address.
Skip Order
Go to the order
Scroll down and set the desired times in the From Access Time and To Access Time fields
Click on Save
Trade Contract
Times cannot be set against a specific Trade order. The times on the contract will automatically display those set against the address.
To set access times on a trade contract, follow the above steps to set them on the address.
Material, RMC & Hazardous Orders
Go to the order
Go to the Additional Tab
Set the desired times in the From Access Time and To Access Time fields
Click Save
Viewing the Site Access Times
In addition to the address and the order, the Access Times will also appear in the Access Times column on the Operations screen.
If you cannot see that column you can enable it by right-clicking on any entry on the screen and selecting Alter Table Columns.
Locate the "Access Times" option on the left and tick it, then click Apply.
