In order to update the prices on a skip order, the user must have the Adjust Skip Prices permission against their user.
To grant this permission, a user with permission to change users can do this by:
Hover over Administration and click Users
Click the user who needs permission
Click Permissions
Check Adjust Skips Prices
Click Save
Once enabled, the user will be able to amend the prices on skip orders.
