Warning - Deleting a Skip order will also delete any open jobs against the order and cannot be undone with the system.
A Skip order can be deleted via 2 methods, one from the Skip order list screen, or from within the order itself.
Permissions
In order to follow the below steps you will need to have the "Skip Order Delete" permission enabled against your user profile in Weighsoft.
If you do not have the permission enabled you will need to talk to a user with Admin access to get the option enabled.
Note: User permissions are managed internally and are not normally managed by the Support Team)
Skip Order Screen
Navigate to the screen via Modules>Skips>Skip order
Use the search options to locate the order in question
Click the Delete" button on the right
Click "Ok" in the warning pop-up menu
The order will then be deleted and unavailable for further use.
Within the order
Navigate to the order in question
Click on the "3-line" menu in the top-right corner
Select "Delete Order"
Searching for Deleted orders
Deleted orders can be searched for by enabling the "Show Deleted order" option in the Skip order screen search filters.
Deleted orders will stand out in the results as they will not show a "Delete" button on the right of the screen.
