Network Configuration
Your IT department must configure your network to allow access to the test system. If you're unable to connect, this may be due to firewall rules, VPN settings, or other network restrictions.
Test Data Availability
The test system may contain:
A copy of your live data (if recently cloned).
Specific data created for testing purposes.
URL and Port Configuration
In many cases, accessing the test system is as simple as modifying the port number in your live system’s URL. For example:
Live system URL:
http://myserverorhttp://myserver:81Test system URL:
http://myserver:82(if port 82 is designated for testing)
If you're unsure of the correct port or URL:
Raise a support case, and our team will assist you.
In some instances, we may refer you to your IT department for further investigation.
Login Credentials
Once access is established:
Use your usual credentials if the test system contains a recent copy of your live data.
Use internally supplied credentials if the test system contains separate or no separate data.
