The Weighsoft Materials Module has additional functionality for transferring product or waste from one site to another by creating a job for both the inbound and outbound sites.
To enable this:
Hover over Administration and click Settings
Click Weighbridge
Click Internal Linked Loads
Click Enable
Click Save
This will enable the Linked Loads against material orders. In addition to this, you can also enable the setting Copy Weights at the same time as enabling the function; this will save having to enter the weights again on the inbound ticket.
Once the function is enabled, the Internal Linked Loads can be configured under a material order item's additional details (the "+" sign to the left of the material item in edit mode). The Outlet product is going into the internal account, and the address under the internal account needs to be set. Any other updates to the item can be made as usual.
Note: This function will only allow internal accounts and addresses to be linked to the order.
When a job is dispatched for an item associated with a linked load, a material ticket for the outbound site will be created, and a weighbridge ticket will be created for the inbound site. The material ticket will follow the normal process; the associated weighbridge ticket will be highlighted in the Weighbridge Own Vehicle screen in the right-hand summary pane. Aside from this, the weighbridge ticket would be completed as normal.
Note: Weight transfer only goes from material to weighbridge; if the weighbridge is filled in and not the material, this will not go backwards.
