Overview
The Vehicle Check Locations screen is where you can set the different locations where your vehicles operate.
For example you might have two separate vehicle depots and certain vehicles based there
Create a new Vehicle Location
On the screen fill the fields with the locations address details and email address.
Note: the email address is important as this is the address to which failed vehicle check emails will be sent.
When you have entered all the details click on the "plus" icon to save the details
Setting a Location against a Vehicle
Once the location has been created you can set it as the location at which a vehicle is based.
Go to Administration>Lookups>Vehicles
Locate the vehicle in question
Click the Edit icon
Go to the Vehicle Checks tab
Set the desired location in the drop down
End Result
Once a vehicle is set against a location, any failed vehicle checks for that vehicle will trigger an email to that locations email address
