Entries in the Fuel Logs screen are pulled through from the mobile devices when the drivers enters values into their tablets.
The search filters at the top allow a search by date range or via a "Free text" box (into which you can enter the vehicle reg, driver name etc).
The results can also be exported to CSV (excel) file
