The nightly backup built into Weighsoft will send an email of all Skip, Material, RMC, Hazardous and trade work for the next 4 days to the designated email address.
Once configured, the backup will commence at 10pm daily and send an email with the subject "Upcoming Jobs" with the data attached as a CSV file (NightlyJobs.csv and TradeNightlyJobs.csv respectively).
The backups can be configured by:
Hover over Administration and click System Settings
Click Backups
Enter a semi-colon separated list of email addresses in Send To Email
Enter a semi-colon separated list of email addresses in Send to Trade Email
Click Save
Note: If the Send to Trade Email setting isn't completed and you use Trade, this will include Trade work with all other jobs rather than separate into its own report.
Important: Although these settings are called backups, they should be used for contingency planning only and not relied upon for system recovery. Weighsoft does not have built in full backup functionality.
