To have the Collect & Return (C&R) button show on a Skip Order, in order to be able to create this job type, you will need to:
Go to Administration, then click on Settings
On the left side, choose the Skips & RoRo's tab
Under the Main tab, look for the setting called 'Show Collect and Return'
Tick the box to enable
Click Save at the top of the page.
