Overview
When a credit card is added to Weighsoft it polls your chosen linked credit card payment system (Opayo for example) for authorisation and is provided with a unique token for that card.
In some cases you may want to remove expired or unused credit cards to free up the tokens
Delete a single credit card
Use this method to delete a single credit card
In Weighsoft
Go to the account in question and click on the Credit Cards tab
Find the card in question and click on the Delete button on the right of the screen
Delete Cards En Masse
There are 2 functions to mass-delete credit cards.
In Weighsoft
Hover over Administration
Click on System Settings
Click on Functions
Click on Finance at the top of the screen
Scroll down until you see the "Credit Card Cleardown" option
At this point you can do either of the following:
Enter a Date - you can enter a date in this field and then click on the Clear Down link to the right.
The system will find all credit cards created up to and including the selected date and mark them as deleted
Delete Expired Cards - if you click on this link the system will go through all the cards in Weighsoft, find any that are expired and mark them as deleted.
