Material Waiting Times Alert

How do I add a warning/alert to Materials outstanding tickets?

Navigate to Administration and click Settings

  1. Click on Materials

  2. Scroll down to Waiting Time

  3. Add the number of minutes over, you would like the alert to show, the system will work out the difference between the Time Complete timestamp and the Time On Site timestamp from mobiles

  4. Scroll to the top of this page and click Save
