Overview
It is possible to have Notes set against an account or an individual order appear on the amin skip order screen so they are easily visible to all users.
Make Account Notes appear on the Skip Order screen
You can set a note on an account and have that note pulled through to all skip orders listed against the account.

You can also set notes against the order itself and have be highlighted on the main screen when you view the order.
Required Settings
You will first need to enable the relevant settings in Administration>Settings>Skips & RoRo
In this example we have enabled the "Highlight Skip order Notes" so that only the main "Notes" field will be picked up.
Adding the Notes
Navigate to the skip order and go to the Notes tab
Enter the required notes in the "Private Notes", "Order Notes or "Ext ... field"
Save the Skip order
The text entered on the relevant field will now appear at the top of the screen in a banner.
In this example we have entered the text "Order Notes" in the order Notes field
