Overview
The Origin field on the EA report links to the Area in the Waste Return Area section of Lookups. That screen is where the Areas in Weighsoft are linked to the Areas that the report can use.
If the origin field on the report has an asterisk then either an area couldn't be matched or there was no area.
To fix this, follow the below steps:
Hover on Administration
Click on Lookups
Click on Waste Return Areas
Click on the Waste Return Area option
Click on the Start Sync With Area Codes link at the top of the screen
This will sync the areas in the left-hand column to the areas set up in Weighsoft.
