How to reset the Stock Entities?
To reset the Stock Entities on Hazardous Job, please follow these steps in Weighsoft:
Hover over Administration
Click on Admin Functions
Go to the Haz tab
In the Reset Stock Elements function, enter the TicketNo of the job that needs the stock reset
Click Reset
Note: This will reset all completed stock elements on each job item for the given ticket no, please check that the stock has not been processed before running this function
The Entites for that job will no longer show in Stock Entites.
Important: If you need to amend the Stock Entity details on the Job, or need to re-create the stock, you will need to reset the Ticket to Active(amend the stock if require) and complete the job again.
