Changes made to customer accounts and address are logged against the account/address itself and can be viewed respectively following the below steps.
Search for the Account/Address
There are 2 ways of search for an Account or Address;
Main search bar
Type in the relevant Account/Address in the Search bar in the top right
Hover over All and select By Account

Customer Account or Address page
Hover over Customers
Select Accounts or Addresses
Type in the relevant Account or Address in the Search Account/Addresses field
Hit Search
Viewing Logs
View the relevant Account/Address

Select the Field Level Updates tab

Here you will see any changes made by users and automatic processes including the date/time the change was performed, the user who made the change and the details of the change itself.
