If you get the following error when searching for a transaction or opening a transaction screen, the most common reason is that there is a non-numerical ticket number in the system.

To resolve this issue, alphanumeric ticket numbers must be enabled:
Hover over Administration
Click Settings
Click General
Click Ticket
Enable Setting: Ticket No is Alphanumeric
Click Save
