Error when searching by Transaction Ticket No

If you get the following error when searching for a transaction or opening a transaction screen, the most common reason is that there is a non-numerical ticket number in the system.

To resolve this issue, alphanumeric ticket numbers must be enabled:

  1. Hover over Administration

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click General

  4. Click Ticket

  5. Enable Setting: Ticket No is Alphanumeric

  6. Click Save
