Introduction
If a customer is set up as an account customer in Weighsoft but the system is still prompting for a card payment on a specific order, the most likely cause is that the Cash Sale checkbox has been ticked on that individual skip order. This overrides the account-level setting for that order, causing Weighsoft to treat it as a cash transaction.
This article explains how to identify and resolve this.
Important
You will need sufficient user permissions to edit skip orders in Weighsoft. If the relevant fields are greyed out or unavailable, contact your system administrator.
Note: Changing the Cash Sale flag on an order does not retroactively update any jobs that were already created while the flag was enabled. Those jobs will remain as cash jobs. Only new jobs created after the change will reflect the updated setting.
Complete the task
Navigate to the skip order in question (via Modules → Skips, or directly from the customer account).
Open the order and locate the Cash Sale checkbox.
Untick the Cash Sale checkbox.
Click Save to apply the change.
The order will now be treated as an account order, and the card payment prompt should no longer appear for new jobs raised against it.
Additional information
The Cash Sale flag can be set on an individual skip order independently of the customer's account type. This means an account customer can have one or more orders marked as cash sales — for example, if the checkbox was ticked accidentally during order creation.

Troubleshooting
The Cash Sale checkbox is greyed out or not visible.
You may not have the required permissions to edit this field. Contact your system administrator to review your user permissions.
The card payment prompt is still appearing after saving.
Check whether the jobs linked to the order were created before or after the flag was changed. Jobs created while Cash Sale was enabled will remain as cash jobs — the flag change only affects new jobs going forward.
