The following devices are recommended for use with the Weighsoft Android apps:
Samsung Tab Active tablet
Any Samsung Tab Axx tablets
We tend to recommend the 7" or 8" tablets as the 10" ones can be more fragile.
If you want to use another device, we are unable to support these or guarantee their compatibility as we do not have a wide range of devices available to test. Purchasing a single device to test usability before placing a bulk order is strongly recommended.
Ideally you want to look at a Samsung device which meets the following specifications:
2GB+ RAM
16GB+ storage
720x1440 resolution display or larger
Android 8 or later (not Android GO)
Note: If you wish to use the trade module in the future, be aware that this is only supported on tablets, not phones.
