Performance Issues

Where there hasn't been a recent upgrade to Weighsoft, degraded performance resulting in errors is generally related to the environment Weighsoft is installed in.

If the issue is only affecting yourself, this would suggest an issue with your PC or network; you will need to contact your IT regarding this.

If the issue is much broader the best point of call would be your IT provider in the first instance who can check the network and (if you are not hosted by ourselves) server for any obvious issues.

If there are no obvious issues, please raise a case and we can investigate further. When raising a case please provide as much information as possible including:

  • What areas are being affected (e.g., Skips, Weighbridge, Posting, etc.)

  • Tasks being performed at the time performance drops

  • Any specific times of day where performance reduces (if consistent).
