Raise a new support case via the portal.
Reference the title of this article in your case.
Include the following information in your request:
Unit Code
Description (if adding a new unit or updating an existing one)
Whether the unit is chargeable for cash or account customers
Whether the unit is charged by load or by quantity
Whether the unit has a default load size
