Please include the following details if possible:
Is this a one-off issue or a regular occurence?
How long the issue has been occurring - has it been happening for a while or has it just started recently?
How often does the issue occur - does it happen every time you carry out a task or at a certain time of day?
What process is causing the problem to occur - for example is it when you are closing a ticket running a report etc?
Examples - if possible please provide a specific example of the issue so that support can attempt to replicate it or examine it on your system. An example could be details of the report you're running, or a specific ticket number with which you have the issue.
Screenshots - if possible please provide a screenshot of the error message you are getting or, if the issue is with a certain screen, include a screenshot of that screen including the URL web address at the top of the browser window.
