Before you can send a batch of tickets by email, you’ll need to set up an email template. Follow these steps:
Set Up an Email Template
Go to Modules > Mail Run Tracker.
Click on Mail Templates.
If there isn’t already a template with the type Transaction, click Create New Template and set one up.
Send Tickets in Bulk
Go to Administration > Transactions.
Click the three green bars (menu icon), then select Email Items En Masse.
You’ll see a range of filters; adjust them as needed.
Configure Email Settings
Send Date Time: Set the date the emails should be sent.
Time: Choose the time for sending.
Email: Enter the recipient's email address.
Once all settings are in place, click Start to begin the email run.
