If the job has already been completed:
Hover over Administration
Go to Admin Functions
Click on the Skips tab
Enter your ticket no and select the new job type in the "CHANGE SKIP JOB TYPE" option
Click Change Type
If the job has not been completed:
Go to the Skip Operation Screen
Right-click on your job
Hover over Update
Select Update Job Details
Select the new Job Type
Click Update
