Overview

Sometimes it may be required to amend the waste allocation of a skip job (for example, if the Weighbridge operator has entered the wrong amounts).

Required Settings

In order to allow this functionality, the following setting must first be enabled.

  1. Navigate to Administration>Settings

  2. Go to the Weighbridge section

  3. Enable the setting labelled Allow Skip Waste Allocation Update

Update Process

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: This process is only possible if the Weighbridge job has been completed and the Skip Job is showing as active in the Outstanding Tickets screen

  1. Locate the ticket in the Skips Outstanding Tickets screen.

  2. Ensure the ticket is not showing as "Complete" (if the ticket is complete you can follow the steps in the Reset to Active article to reset it).

  3. Amend the percentage values in the "Tipped Waste Breakdown" section on the left, ensuring that the values add up to 100%.

    1. You can remove items by clicking the Delete button on the right.

    2. New items are added by clicking in the Waste Item Product field and selecting a product, then adding the percentage of that product in the "Percent" field. Then click the Add button to add the item to the breakdown.

  4. When completed, click the Update Waste Allocation button at the bottom

You will get a confirmation window advising that the Weighbridge will be updated to match the new skip breakdown values.

These values will also be pushed to skip transaction once the skip job is marked as complete.
