Overview
This guide explains how to globally enable image and ticket attachments on invoices, and how to manage this setting at the account level.
Global Setup Instructions
To enable image and/or ticket attachments for invoices across the system:
Open the Administration dropdown.
Click Lookups.
Select Companies.
Click the Edit icon next to the relevant company.
Navigate to the Invoicing tab.
Under the Invoice Print and Invoice Email sections:
Tick the Attach Image and/or Attach Ticket check-boxes for the relevant areas (e.g., Skips, Trade).
Then head to the Credit Control tab of the company lookup.
Scroll down the page to find the check-boxes next to Attach Images To Ticket
Tick all relevant check-boxes ensuring the top most box is also ticked
Click Update to save changes.
This will apply the attachment settings globally for the selected company.
Account-Level Control
Even with global settings enabled, you can override them for individual customers:
Open the customer’s account.
Click Modify
Head to the Invoice tab
Locate the check-box labeled Stop Attaching Images To Invoices.
Check or un-check this box to disable or enable image attachments for that specific customer.
