The system uses the SMTP details set up on the Weighsoft Portal, not on the Weighsoft 5 instance. You can view the SMTP details in the portal by following the below steps:
Log in to Portal as an Admin user
Hover over Admin
Click on Settings
Click on Emails
You should expect to see a value in each of the following details:
From Display Name
From Address
SMTP Server
SMTP Username
SMTP Password
Password Reset Email
Email Subject
Email Body
If the SMTP Server details in your Portal are blank, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

If these details are correct, you can view the portal password reset emails by following the steps below:
Log in to the Portal as an Admin User
Click Admin
Click Emails
Modify the From and To date fields to capture the correct dates
Click on View Emails
