When a Reconomy job is accepted, the system automatically updates the skip order's price to match the price provided by Reconomy. This happens during job creation and varies by job type (delivery, collection, exchange, wait & load, reposition, or collect & return). As job requests come in, the price for that movement type will be added (first time receiving a job for that movement type) or updated.
This behavior is intentional and was implemented to ensure pricing consistency with Reconomy's records. The price update also applies to surcharge information (tonnage charges).
Before acceptance, if Reconomy sends updated job information, the system automatically updates unaccepted jobs, including price changes.
To correct incorrect prices:
Contact Reconomy to correct their records
If the job hasn't been accepted yet, the next API sync will update the price automatically
If the job has been accepted, you can use the 'Undo Accepted Job' admin function to revert it to unscheduled status, then wait for Reconomy to send the corrected price
