Reconomy Jobs not being received

I have jobs pending from Reconomy, but they are not being received into Weighsoft.

There are three common issues which can result in the jobs not being received from Reconomy:

  • Incorrect TLS setting

  • Invalid Data in the Reconomy API

  • The Application Service is not running.

In all three instances, please raise a case with the support team so we can investigate.

If the Application Service is not running, it is possible to do a manual pull of jobs from the portal to aid in business continuity:

  1. Hover over Modules and click Reconomy

  2. Click Admin Functions

  3. Click Get New Reconomy Jobs
