There are three common issues which can result in the jobs not being received from Reconomy:
Incorrect TLS setting
Invalid Data in the Reconomy API
The Application Service is not running.
In all three instances, please raise a case with the support team so we can investigate.
If the Application Service is not running, it is possible to do a manual pull of jobs from the portal to aid in business continuity:
Hover over Modules and click Reconomy
Click Admin Functions
Click Get New Reconomy Jobs
