There are two scenarios for the no SIC indicator to show against the job; however, the job can still be accepted if this is the only issue:
No SIC has been sent by Reconomy.
The SIC that has been sent is not linked.
In the case of no SIC being sent by Reconomy, you need to discuss this with Reconomy directly.
For unlinked SICs these need to be linked manually. At the time the Reconomy module was put into Weighsoft, Reconomy were using SIC 2003 instead of 2007; this meant that we couldn't read and link the sic codes automatically as 2003 and 2007 codes don't correlate 1:1.
To link the SIC codes:
Click the blue i then click SIC.
Click on the blank box under Our Code to search for the correct SIC.
Click Insert.
