Overview
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving system performance and reliability, Access will begin performing automated monthly upgrades to the databases of all hosted systems starting Tuesday, December 9th.
What to Expect
When: The 2nd Tuesday of each month, beginning in December
Time: 7:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 15–30 minutes
Impact: Your Weighsoft system will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade window.
What This Means for You
During the upgrade, your Weighsoft system will be briefly inaccessible.
There will be no visible changes to the system interface or functionality immediately following the upgrade.
Future front-end updates will continue to be delivered through the usual channels.
Over time, these background upgrades will help ensure faster and more seamless front-end updates, as your system’s database will always be up to date.
Why Are We Doing This?
This initiative is the first step in a broader plan to fully automate both database and front-end upgrades across all Access-hosted systems.
Our long-term goal is to enable coordinated upgrades, where the database is updated first, followed shortly by the front-end—minimizing disruption and improving efficiency.
Note: These database upgrades will not affect the current functionality of your front-end system.
