Interactive AI support in Weighsoft

This article provides details on the addition of our AI bot, "Fin", to Weighsoft, how it's used and who has access to it.

Overview

As part of the continued work on Weighsoft we have introduced Fin, an AI Assistant to all hosted Weighsoft systems.


Where to find the Assistant

Note: The AI Assistant is only available top Access-Hosted Weighsoft systems

If your Weighsoft system is hosted with Access you will see the assistant as a green dot in the bottom-right corner of you screen when you are logged in to Weighsoft.


Who has access to what features?

When opening the Assistant everyone will see the same options - "Send us a Message" and "Search For Help"

Send us a Message

This functionality allows you to ask questions of the AI Bot. It will provide answers and can also recommend relevant knowledge articles.

If Fin is unable to resolve the issue it can also escalate your query to a support case which the support team will then pick up.

Note: This functionality is only available to Weighsoft users who are setup to raise support cases for their company via the Customer Portal.

Coming Soon - in the near future this function will also have the ability to start a live chat with a support engineer

Clicking here will allow you to search our expanding collection of knowledge article directly from within Weighsoft.
