The "Bulky" option in Weighsoft is set against the product in the Lookups screen

Navigate to Administration&gt;Lookups&gt;Products

1. Navigate to Administration&gt;Lookups&gt;Products
2. Locate the product in question
3. Edit the product
4. Enable the <b>Bulky</b> option
5. Click Save

Once the "Bulky" option has been enabled or disabled the change will be pushed automatically through to the handhelds.
