Weighbridge notes created on material orders are displayed as read only Weighbridge Notes section of the Weighbridge and will be saved against the internal Weighbridge ticket only. They are also passed over to the Banksman application
These can be set directly on the order by:
Opening the Material order
Select the item the notes relate to and click the plus
The Weighbridge notes can be seen just above the Notes in this section:
If you are creating a material order from a quote, you will also have the option against the quote item:
In addition, it is possible to create default weighbridge notes against quote projects.
From Project
Weighbridge Notes from a project are drawn from the Assessments against the quote project. Access these:
Navigate over Modules and click Quotes
Click Quote Projects
Click View against the related project
The details in the "Appearance" section will be pulled through to the quote item, prefixed with "APPEARANCE - "
